Things you need to know before your booking

 

Bookings and Check-in

Reservations

Huagan571_bnb is trying to be as eco-friendly as we can. We will prepare shampoo, show gel, a shower towel for your stay. Please bring your toothbrush and toothpaste with you, we don’t provide disposable amenities.

Huagan571_bnb is a medium size guesthouse. We will accept maximum 3 rooms for one order. If you need more than 3 rooms, we believe you will be able to find another good guesthouse on this beautiful island.
Booking with more than 3 rooms per order will be cancelled automatically by system.


All rooms in Huagan571_bnb are non-smoking rooms. We will charge you 200% more of the room fee (original room fee is excluded) for cleaning and maintaining. Please don’t smoke in the rooms.


Stay with us on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday with weekday price. Friday, Saturday, public holidays, July 1 to August 31 will be holiday price. For Lunar New Year holidays, room fee is 20% more than holiday price.

Check-in time is 3pm. If you arrive earlier, you can leave you luggage here and start island exploration.

Check-out time is 11am, you may leave your luggage here till 2pm at the same day.

We don’t provide extra bed service. We have double room for maximum two guests and quad room for maximum 4 guests.
Rooms are equipped with comfortable standard double mattress (152cm * 188cm).
For better experience of the accommodation, we suggest children with height more than 115cm considered as guest for one bed occupancy.

Cancellation or Re-schedule

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your booking, cost of cancellation will be charged as per standardized contract issued by Tourism Bureau, Ministry of Transportation and Communications listed below.

(If check-in date is March 16, 14 days before check-in date is March 2.)

  • Booking cancelled 14 days before check-in date, 100% of deposit will be returned.

  • Booking cancelled 10-13 days before check-in date, 70% of deposit will be returned.

  • Booking cancelled 7-9 days before check-in date, 50% of deposit will be returned.

  • Booking cancelled 7-9 days before check-in date, 50% of deposit will be returned.

  • Booking cancelled 4-6 days before check-in date, 40% of deposit will be returned.

  • Booking cancelled 2-3 days before check-in date, 30% of deposit will be returned.

  • Booking cancelled 1 day before check-in date, 20% of deposit will be returned.

  • Booking cancelled on check-in date or no-show, deposit will not be returned.

Re-schedule

  • If you would like to re-schedule your reservation, please inform us at least 14 days before check-in date. Deposit will be returned based on above mentioned rules.​

  • If cancellation is made due to typhoon, natural disaster, or Force Majeure clause, 100% of deposit will be returned.

  • Rest details please refer to standardized contract issued by Tourism Bureau, Ministry of Transportation and Communications.

You can book the room on our website.

Or you contact us during our working hour from 9am to 21pm, through our LINE account: @607pwnjr, our Facebook page, or Instagram page.

We will request 30% of total amount for your stay as deposit, and the deposit should be paid within 3 days after booking.

Deposit can be paid through bank account transfer or by credit card.

For transfer, please refer to below official bank account number (this is the only bank account we have.) Please provide us last 5 digits of your bank account for recognizing your transfer.

Your booking will be considered as completed after we receive 30% deposit. If we don’t receive the deposit within 3 days, we will consider the booking cancelled.
